Where do you ship to?
We ship to all states in the United States and Canada.
How long does shipping take?
That depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. It can range from 2 business days to 5+.
How do I track my order?
When we fulfill your order we will email you tracking information. If you do not see that email, please feel free to email us. We're happy to help!
Returns
How do I return an item?
You can email us at info@mavandcobamboo.com to begin the return process. Please see our return policy for additional information.
How long does it take to process my return?
Up to 10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We only offer exchanges on like for like items.

What is the TAT for Bamboo?
Ready to ship Bamboo has a turnaround time (TAT) of 7-10 business days and Bamboo preorders have a TAT of 6-10 weeks.
How do I change my shipping address?
Since we aim to ship as quickly as possible, orders are sent to our warehouse in real-time and we are unable to guarantee updates to an order once it has been placed. Once you receive tracking information for your order I would highly suggest reaching out to the carrier to see if they would be able to hold the package at a local facility or even redirect it to the correct address.
